Netprotect®

 

Netprotect® A LLIN represents the newest addition to the Netprotect® family of products. This exciting new style was specially designed for use in non-permanent sleeping spaces.

 

Netprotect® A LLINs are made from the same tough insecticide incorporated fibres as standard Netprotect® LLINs. So it has all of Netprotect®’s advantages over polyester (PES) nets such as, being stronger, lasting up to 5 years, never needing retreatment and limiting exposure to large concentrations of surface insecticide.

 

The only difference is how convenient it is to use in homes where there are non-permanent sleeping spaces that function for other activities during the daytime.

 

The net is suspended from two fixed points across the room from each other (see fixing points A and B in the drawing below). Rugged polyethylene string is used to allow the net to be hung just once. It can easily be pushed to the side of the room. Eliminating the need to put nets up and take then down on a daily basis.

 

In addition, Netprotect® A has a double layer of mesh in the lower 50cm to provide extra durability to resist tearing due to sharp edges on bedding.
